My Green Heaven
On October 4th, 1993, around 5p.m. I was a passenger in
the rear of an army 5ton truck when the driver, Cpl. Crone,
lost control and rolled the 5 ton truck due to excessive

I was thrown and landed on my head and right side. I
hemorrhaged my brain and shattered my right elbow and
broke 6 bones in my right ankle.
Since that time till October 2001 i was on many medications
the Doctors told me that marijuana was bad for me. In
October 2001 I began my journey with medical marijuana. I
noticed the difference and the effects that marijuana was
having on me and I felt better then what was going on. So I
began to research as much as I can about it. The more
Questions i asked the more i was pushed away. Then one
day in 2003 I was able to break the morphine and other
medications i was on for the last 9 years and I then was
only using medical marijuana.
In 2004 i asked myself "How am i to continue to use this
medical marijuana when I was not able to get it due to my
situation financially?" So on April 10th 2004 i began 61 bag
seeds and soon I was growing not only the plants but my
life was growing I was changing in every aspect you could
think of and it was only for the better.
I have made an effort to learn and to help others learn what
I have learned only to help them in their life.

My accident report and current VA Submission of Evidence i received last
month. Well it took me a month to write back a letter of submission of
evidence. Read it for your self the letter i received, i really did not know
how to write and tell them that from being thrown out of a speeding, and
